BookWright From Blurb.com

BookWright is very functional and comes with some convenient built-in page layout templates that are pre-configured collections of text boxes and picture boxes that'll give you some ready-made design ideas. BookWright is an excellent program (for a free program) and it is set up to print directly to Blurb.com. The only thing it won't do is print anywhere else. You can produce a low-resolution proof PDF before you order your book but you cannot  produce a full resolution PDF from BookWright to print somewhere else.
