The Seinfeld Approach: It’s about nothing
Lesson 10 Module 3
"You're Making a Mountain out of Mole Hill"
Sometimes when you're trying to figure out what to say in your family history book you might not know where to start or what to focus on. Try the Seinfeld approach. Just take any small detail and expound upon it. Add more detail about places, people, relationships, feelings, risks, outcomes, and context. It doesn't have to be big and earth shattering. As long as it's interesting to your intended audience you're creating excellent story text.
